About  Kai: 

Our 24th Miss Silverdale, Kai, is naturally generous, confident, and empathetic of others. Her family has been fostering children in Kitsap County since 2016, which has taught her the importance of creating life long relationships, understanding the unique needs of individuals, and to make accomodations through sacrifices for the greater good. She has ran fundraisers and drives for local foster care agencies and was a published author in "Fostering Families Today" national magazine.​
